This was really awesome I bought this for my 11 year old to put his compass in journal and in his pocket knife of course he loves it very high quality

Bag looks great and seems very durable.

Nice but smelly.

I bought it for my husband for his bible and he loves it, just what he needed. I have nothing bad to say about the product.

I appreciate the amount of pockets and the roominess of the main compartment, as well as the multiplicity in sizing choices. The buckle straps holding down the flap were slightly uneven in thickness. However, other than small details such as this, the product proves well designed and carefully executed.

It smells inside.

This little leather messenger bag is a great value. We bought it for our son as a costume prop for the price. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship and how nice it is. My son may have gotten it for a costume but its certainly nice enough for everyday use.

Awful smell that didnt go away even after airing out.

Overall, this bag is wonderful! I was a bit hesitant for the price and yes it may have very minor issues such as the stitching and strong leather smell (WHICH DID GO AWAY), but remember that this bag is hand made. Definitely a good value product, I like the vintage style of the bag though I would have appreciated if it had quick disconnect straps rather than buckles but I’ve never had any issue with it. If anything, it makes it more secure. This is my first leather bag, and I am fully satisfied with my purchase!

Cheaply made overseas in a sweat factory to replicate a quality product. Straps are thin, too long and cheap. Quality of product is very bad. I’ve only returned 3 products in 6 years of using Amazon - this is one of those three.
