Coupling did its job no leaks.

I was replacing polybutylene pipes underneath the house but there were a couple of lines that went they a maze throughout the house so I wanted to replace with PEX right up to the point where these went up into the house leaving the last few feet as polybutylene. This product worked great allowing me to connect my new PEX to the old polybutylene. Also, they kept these together with cable ties making it easy to keep the adapter connections together. They would have been easily lost had they not been cable tied together.

Worked perfect for adding new plumbing on a 1990 manufactured home with polybutylene. Great quality and fit perfect.

Converts the grey piping to Pex. A must have when there are some of the polybutylene piping that is in an impossible position to reach.

Heads Up! I bought these for my DIY faucet repair. They are for Poly to Pex fitment and the ends of brass insert are specific to type of pipe being used. One end has more grooves than the other end. I got 9 that were correct. But one was for Pex to Pex! If I had not noticed the difference? BIG Problem!
