Don’t waste your money it didn’t react in the black like it was see through

These break too easily and leave a terrible taste in your mouth when inflating. Very difficult to close as well. Glowed in the dark nicely but without a black light they weren’t very vibrant.

They are pastel when you blow them up

Do not glow at all!

Once the balloons were inflated they became translucent and didn’t glow under black light. Disappointed

Definitely need a UV Light for it to glow some balloons had holes not many only about 8/100

Balloons did not look like they do in the pictures. They are almost see through and lose some of that brightness.

Once filled with helium Balloons didnt float, the light put too much weight. Light was very dim. Waste of money!!

These are more like pastel colored and they pop really easily. Can’t use on a balloon garland bc they are too flimsy. Never did see anything neon about them
