They blow up well. And great for popping at the end of the party

Strong plastic smell

These are more like pastel colored and they pop really easily. Can’t use on a balloon garland bc they are too flimsy. Never did see anything neon about them

They are in fact balloons and they glow in the black light ok

We had hoped the balloons would provide pops of color and a great glow for the birthday party we threw for our daughter. Unfortunately, there were multiple disappointments from the balloons to the UV light purchased. We wont be buying these or suggesting them to others. They are nearly fully translucent. I even tried lining them with white opaque balloons, but it did not help.

Had holes in the balloons an then ones that’s didn’t didn’t glow.

Not neon nor do they glow I had to double up on the balloons so that you could see the color looks pastel

Very thin

At least three balloons came with holes, two of the balloons had mold on them, the others popped very easily.
