Exactly what I needed and it was straight. I was worried that it would have a bend in it but it did not.

It’s unfortunate I didn’t put the dial indicator on it when it came last week. It easily measures close to an 1-1/16th. I received the 1” pillow block bearings, and was shocked when the shaft wasn’t even close. I’ll have to find a section of 1” shaft locally. Packaging was excellent and it arrived quickly just wrong size.

Metal was perfect and the cuts were square. Great product and Im glad I dont have to drive an hour to get quality metal anymore!

This was a perfect fit to replace my base rod on uberti cattleman. Just polished and filed groves. Factory base rod was .247 and this was .249 after I polished it.

Saw other complaints but received and cannot see any issues..Product measures at 1.495 inches so Ill take that as temp or micrometer variances...only super minor surface flash rusting in one little spot that came off with a wipe of WD40 and acetone...

Well, its round, about a foot long and the ends arent quite square, but its almost exactly what is described. Im down rating this because it has a 4 inch long i wide UPC label stuck to the working surface of the rod. I need to slide close tolerance bearings onto this rod and Ive spent the last 30 minutes trying to scrape the label off without scratching the surface. I would be willing to pay twice the price if I could be certain that they were not going to put stickers on.

This rod is perfect for my needs as a target gong holder. It holds 3 gongs from 10, 6 and 3 on the same rod without bending at 5 long.
