Unfortunately I needed the bag for a trip so I had to buy one at the store to replace it. I requested a refund from the company and they were so great about the whole thing! Very prompt to respond, took full responsibility for the problem, and promptly refunded my money. Will definitely buy again next time I need a bag!

Greater than one weekI got this backpack for my 17.3 laptop. I read reviews that it was super-roomy, but I kind of beg to differ. The laptop fits just fine in its own compartment, but all I can fit in the second is the under-laptop fan and my portable hard drive. I am able to fit two composition notebooks, my phone, the clicker, flashcards, and pens in the front compartment.
