Seems to be pretty tough, laptop fits securely, and has lots of pockets to carry all the little accessories you need. I took it on a work trip, was able to use it as my personal item and just put my usual purse items inside it.

So far so good, lots of pockets, its easy to stay organized, the laptop section is huge and there is a place to put the charger below it in its on spot. The straps could use more padding but its not bad at all for the cost.

The straps and backing have nice padding so it doesnt cut into your shoulders when you overstuff it... Like I do. I love the variety of zippered pockets and internal pockets. I have used this for traveling and daily for work. Very useful. Also flattering as Ive received several compliments. Finally, the side pockets for water or drinking cups are adjustable for whatever size you have. Very versatile.

This bag has been excellent up until now - the front zipper completely came off and I have no idea how to repair it. Trying to get in touch with LA Packer since they have a life warranty on products

Works well, lots of space

It was a great backpack until it started ripping in two different places and the zipper broke on the back pocket. Only used it about 5 months

Bought a version of this bag 4 years ago and it has no wear or tear on it. The earlier version didnt have the travel strap to go over the carry on, nor did it have a charging port. I gave my sister the older version as she doesnt travel as much and I purchased the upgraded version. Lots of pockets to hide and store stuff and very comfortable through many airports. The colour pops, but yet the material makes it looks so professional for my business meetings and conferences. It cleans easily, but the material doesnt allow it to get dirty either.

Love this bag! I use it for work and really like the laptop compartment. It allows for my computer to be in its own protected space, leaving plenty of room for all my other things. Im a pocket junkie and this bag does not diappoint! I havent found a bottle yet that doesnt fit in the cup holder pockets either.
