Took this when traveling to Toronto in March. This was the perfect carryon piece and super easy to wear on my back, even when it was loaded down. Love that it is extendable too!! Definite game changer for me. If Im not travelling for an extended period or need a lot of clothing, this will be the only luggage I pack.

This is a great bag. It holds a whole lot of stuff. It’s useful to have my hands free for holding or rolling another suitcase while navigating airports. So I usually bring a backpack as a carryon. They often don’t hold much. This bag does. It’s a suitcase in its own right. I like the ability to store the backpack straps internally when not in use. They snap on and off easily at their ends. They adjust length with ease and can be stored without any hassle at all in a zippered compartment near the upper part of the case. All of the zippers are large enough to grab easily and they work very smoothly. A big deal for me. There are many compartments for stowing different things. I don’t know what to put in all of them. But I’m sure other people would have more use for them. It’s kind of like the Baggallini tote my wife travels with in that way. The extra packing bags within are a useful bonus if not exactly as heavy duty as the main bag itself. They will last a few trips at least. It’s surprisingly comfortable in backpack mode considering just how much weight I have managed to pack in there. A clever addition are the little straps that snap both backpack straps together in the front. These have worked great at keeping the main straps from sliding off my shoulders. That’s a very smart idea. I wish the computer backpack I use daily had this feature. Overall I like this bag a lot. I have purchased much more expensive luggage with less space inside. But I couldn’t resist the price of this thing. I had to order it and give it a try. I’m glad I did. It would be nice to be able to choose other fabric colors.

I bought this for an upcoming 4 day/3 night trip. Being that it is a short trip and I can avoid checking luggage, I thought this would be perfect, since I also wouldn’t need to roll it around. The packing cubes are a nice addition, but the bag itself is just meh. The shoulder straps are hidden in the back pocket but then that doesn’t allow you use to use that pocket for storage since there’s no way to zip it back. The chest strap also seems to not adjust tight enough if you are of a smaller frame, same with the shoulder straps. Honestly, this is nothing more than an extra large backpack. It lacks structure that I imagine will impact the long term durability. I also agree with others that a water bottle holder would have been a nice addition. However, since it is roomy and comes with the packing cubes, I’ll keep it and hope for the best.

I really cant rate the features since I ordered prior to my vacation so have not used it yet. It seems larger and heavier than I thought, but if it will pass as a carry-on it will work. Has lots of pockets and since it expands I think Ill be using for each vacation I go on whether by plane, train or automobile.

I have never been a person who could travel with just a carry on. I went on a trip from Monday to Thursday, fit everything, included a computer and planner, in this bag! It fit under the seat in the small plane, the flight attendant didnt think it would. Made my trip so much easier.

I was looking for a good, roomy backpack that would be easy to handle for our upcoming European trip. This really fit the bill, and in my trial run it worked fabulously. The ONLY thing I would wish for was some type of rolling wheel system, but I knew it didnt have this so it didnt affect this review. The included travel cubes are a great bonus. Lots of storage in the backpack and a good amount of extra easy access pockets.

Im serious. Buy this if youre traveling abroad. I spent hours upon hours scouring the internet for the best possible carryon for a few reasons. 1. A lot of times airlines will force you to check in your carryon if its a rolling bag as opposed to if youre just carrying this on your back. This way I can avoid being voluntold. 2. I was going to be doing a lot of walking through Europe. Sometimes you can just uber but a lot of times the most efficient, reliable & effective form of travel is public transportation. So if youre like me and have those early AM travel commutes, lugging a rollerbag through cobblestones to get to the metro or train station is just NOT it. 3. If youre staying in a hostel a lot of times a roller bag isnt practical to have because it wont fit in the spaces provided for your to securely lock your items away. 4. I needed something streamlined that would fit a lot( 2 weeks worth to be exact) 5. I tend to overpack and this bag really helped me streamline my packing with having to sacrifice my desire to have options. The packing cubes in this bag are the most crucial component to making this the best bag. It does have many other compartments for storage, but the 3 packing cubes provided I credit to my being able to pack 2.5 weeks worth of clothes, my alloted liquids bag,makeup bag, jewelry pouch, straightening iron, 1 towel, 1 pair of flip flops, 2 charging cords, 1 outlet converter, 1 small purse, & 4 packs of Polaroid film. It can be done without it looking like a mountain on your back, it just takes some finesse . Also Im 56 and I was able to carry this just fine while walking the 30 min to my airbnb from the train station. I will say that Im going on a trip again next year in the winter so well see how this holds up for winter clothing bulk but Im excited to put it to the test! TL;DR JUST BUY IT OKAY.
