I received my bag and it was much heavier than expected. When I opened it to check the compartments for quality I found a large box of garbage bags enclosed. I did not receive the three packing cubes that were supposedly included in the order. Obviously a mistake occurred with these being enclosed in the bag. Quality of bag is what I expected just disappointed that the packing cubes are missing.

I really cant rate the features since I ordered prior to my vacation so have not used it yet. It seems larger and heavier than I thought, but if it will pass as a carry-on it will work. Has lots of pockets and since it expands I think Ill be using for each vacation I go on whether by plane, train or automobile.

Really liked the size and the design of this backpack but I realized Im not really a backpack person and I am going to do a roller bag instead

Really like this bag. Has plenty of space and the back pack option is great. Used it for a business trip and being able to carry everything in one bag was ideal for carry on purposes.

I wanted a bag for week long work trips. Its not bad but the fact its not structured makes it uncomfortable to carry if the content doesnt sit neatly flat, and it loses shape. Better buy properly structured backpack.

I bought this bag to hold a bunch when flying. Fits SO MUCH!! Since I don’t have a laptop sleeve on my computer I actually found that I love having it be in the pocket that the straps hide away in. I had snacks, a pair of shoes, an LV Métis (only saying for the size reference) all my chargers, a hoodie, and my big S|M bottle. There was still so much room to spare!!! 10/10 my new “personal item” for flights. Wish it came in more colors but the gray looks great.

Bag is awesome. Great for a few days of travel and is an easy carry on.

Used this to travel for 2 weeks! Fit everything I needed! Great support. Only issue I had was shoulder straps - not so comfy when loaded.
