Great replacement for old broken luggage wheels

Item arrived and had everything to complete the project.

I successfully rescued a treasured hand-me-down Harriman bag with these, used 6MM bolts/nuts/washers I purchased to get it done as that bag as a different system of hanging wheels.

Easy installation all parts needed were there.

Used to replace a broken suitcase wheel. Since it was so easy with the tools provided, I changed out both wheels. Drilling out the old rivet was the most difficult part of the job. Piece of cake!

I bought these to replace the wheels on my High Sierra bags, on which the original skate wheels had split and the rubber treads fallen off. The install was a bit challenging, H/S encases the wheel in a sort of cup that has little room for a hacksaw to cut the axles. Once old wheel was out, it was very easy to install the new axle, washers, and skate wheel; really love that there are 2 allen wrenches provided so you can rapidly tighten the threads. Reassembled the bag and pulled it along the floor, amazing silence!!!! So much better than my recent overseas trip where my companions said my bag was singing (actually a low pitched hum) as we transited airports in Europe. Now my bags will be good for another few years. Ten bucks to fix a bag, versus buying new luggage: BONUS!!!

So easy to install. Took less than 5 minutes. Holding up well so far in the first few weeks.

Last time I traveled the airline insisted I check my rolling carry on suitcase, a trusty Ricardo Beverly Hills 21 suiter bag from about 2005. Of course they managed to jam a sticker into the space next to the wheel, and of course they must have rolled it, so it came off the plane with one side of one wheel worn down flat. Ruined. These wheels to the rescue. I took a hack saw, cut the axel on each wheel, slid them out, placed these on, and voila, its better than new! Glides around silently and easily, I am so pleased. You could probably buy all of these parts for a bit less, though this is hardly spendy, and this saves you the hassle and has everything you need. Moreover the screws are the kind that tighten into each other so that there is a flat end on each side, no remaining screw protruding. I wouldnt have thought to do that but its the way to go. Very grateful for this little repair package so I can continue using my suitcase, which has a lot of life left in it, and save it from a landfill.

Worked fine. Item are new and just as described. Helped me save my old Ricardo Beverly Hills 2 wheeler. It has the extra suit storage on the front door/lid, which I cant find on newer models. Local shop wanted $60 to repair. I did it for $10. Ships from overseas, thus takes a month to arrive, but price is right.

After the TSA mangled the tires on the wheels of my carry-on, I needed to replace them. These fit my Skyway perfectly and were easy to install once I removed the old wheels and axles. Quality looks good. Time will tell.
