10-06-2025My twelve-year-old granddaughter liked the features of this suitcase so I ordered it for her, to use on a trip we had coming up. On the day we were to travel, she started to do up the main zipper and one of the zipper pulls broke.

> 3 dayI have used the suitcase twice and both times the handle will not go up all the way. Makes it very inconvenient when you’re trying to move throughout the airport with a half working handle.

> 3 dayThis suitcase is the perfect size for a small child to take on a short vacation. It is sturdy and appears to be able to withstand the rough handling of a child. It has several different compartments inside. While it does have a lock system, it is difficult for a child to lock and unlock on their own.

> 3 dayThis is 11pm at night a my hotel, they had to cut the zipper pulls to open. First time I used it and I never changed the Code from factory default. What a waste of $100!

Greater than one weekThis is a great carry on suitcase. It feels very lightweight and the wheels are smooth. It has a TSA lock and some pockets inside. Its a perfect basic carry on suitcase and the price is right ($89).

> 3 dayThe laptop space is why I bought this and it was a let down. Cant put cord n laptop in space together n laptop size has limitations. The case wont zip if ur laptop is 15” or greater. It sticks up too far in the pocket. So still stuck carrying a laptop bag plus my carry on when traveling.

> 3 dayMy old carry on luggage needed to be replaced, and this snappy unit seemed perfect. It has hard protective sides, weighs 7.5 lbs on my luggage scale, and it rolls easily on its 4 wheels. The zippers work well and seem secure. It has a built in TSA compliant luggage lock that securely locks both compartments. The color scheme is an attractive silvery gray with black trim. Overall this seems to be a perfect carry on suitcase. My wife wants another one already.

> 3 dayI loved that it was light, and served its purpose. I managed to pack 1 week worth of clothing for travel. I wished it was expandable. Overall it served its purpose.

> 3 dayEasily wheeled through the airport, this bag is a great design if you use the overhead bins for luggage while traveling. I would not recommend putting a laptop (or any other high value item) in checked baggage. The separate laptop compartment has multiple pockets for different kinds of supplies and work papers and works well. My one complaint with this suitcase is the rather kludged up locking system. It has two elongated zipper pulls securing the laptop compartment and two cables from zipper pulls on the main part of the suitcase. It works OK but is not a very robust system and I’m a bit concerned about breakage. Aside from that one minor complaint this is a well made sturdy suitacase with a nice separate built-in laptop compartment. This means the laptop can be removed to go through security checks. The retractable handle is well made and more sturdy than some other suitcases of similar design.

> 3 dayThe luggage seems to be of good quality thus far. I handle it myself at the airport since its a carry-on and not a checked bag so it will never be tested to see if it can withstand the horrors of the throwing and slinging for the airline workers.
