> 3 dayPretty bummed because I wanted to love this but the darn large suitcase broke on my very first use of it. I checked it in expecting my things to be protected in this hard shell case when I received it back on the baggage claim. While nothing inside my suitcase was damaged, I was definitely disappointed to find my brand new suitcase to have a big huge dent on the corner. I’m really hoping they will replace this.

How to set combination password?

To set your personal password please follow the next 4 steps:
1, Turn the button [B] to the initial password 0-0-0.
2, Use the pen or other tools to press the reset button [A] till you hear a click sound.
3, Turn the button [B] to reset your personal password.
4, Push the button [C] till you hear a click sound in the direction of the arrow.
Note: Please remember your password, if forget the password, the lock can"t be open
