The tips do come off, I got these cause it said it wouldn’t. Either way it’s cheap enough that I don’t feel bad for using it once and done. I strictly use this to apply my lip mask and oil before bed.I will look for a different brand when I am in need of more.

The tip comes off easily. But overall works fine

These are great for applying eye drops to make lashes grow! Have the perfect absorbency to apply drops to the lid margin, or, “water line” as I’ve heard young people call it.
