This is the third laptop bought and all three had issues… HP advised to send back to have work done on the battery. I rather get a full refund and go elsewhere to buy a née laptop. This one bought June 2nd so sad I will never purchase a laptop on Amazon again. This is a HP rose 14”

This is the worst laptop I’ve ever had, moves very slow, will not connect to any websites and constantly needs to be charged even when it’s turned off and not used on a regular basis.

My mom loves this computer (li bought her. The only complaint is that the keys are not backlit and the font color on the keys is very hard to see. She had to buy a clip on laptop light to be able to see the keys.

Nice Tablet, its not compatible with my 4-N-1 Cannon printer...bummer.

I have barely had this product a year and it has stopped working.

It was really good but it stopped working and charging after a while

I bought a computer 3 months ago. After a month I updated it and the computer died. I contacted customer service because was under warranty. The female who emailed me was so rude. I lost my money!!! I wish I find the email so I can posted it.

Don’t buy broke in 1 week Hp is a joke and you can not get in contact with nobody to get it fix and when I finally get to talk to someone 5 months later the laptop not cover I paid for extra insurance I just pay some more money and get something that going to last
