Product is fast right out of the box, and it is a little smaller than I thought it would be. However it seems to work exactly like it is supposed to and I will most likely post an update later on down the road after I get some use out of it. It is a lot faster than my 6 year old Dell Inspirion which lags like crazy. Over all so far, 10/10.

Computer is very lightweight & seems to be a decent laptop other than the fact that the keyboard messes up & glitches often. I bought this laptop for school have only had it for two days & can barely write a paper because the keys will randomly go on caps lock when it’s turned off half the time it doesn’t work when it’s turned on. Some of the keys randomly won’t work or will do the function of another key. Other than that the laptop seems to work fine.

The ONLY dislike I have is that its not a touchscreen, other than that I love it! Everything streams seamlessly and smoothly.

My dog a couple months ago freaked out from a firework, jumped on my lap while doing homework, and landed on my Mac shattering the screen. I did not have the money to replace my Mac but desperately needed a replacement. This laptop is everything I needed and more.

The picture quality is horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. If I was in a better spot I would return it however I live in a nursing home and dont have transportation.

A very cute laptop that I unfortunately had to return. I ordered this solely for school purposes, and with word and the few other apps I had installed, the storage was nearly full. Kept getting an error saying I had low disc space, and it made the computer lag extremely. It cannot handle more than about four or so tabs, and if you had one drive installed on a previous laptop, don’t even bother trying to restore all of your old files. It simply wont fit. Managed to spend one day with this laptop before ultimately deciding it wasn’t worth the money I spent on it. Works like a $120 chromebook rather than a $300+ laptop.

Its a laptop alright. My issue is that the seller didnt even bother to remove the previous owners account which rendered it useless until I factory reset it.

This laptop ran fast and smooth until I couldnt stand using Bing and Edge and switched it out of S mode. My job is rooted in using Google docs and Gmail. Once I switched out of S mode, everything ran slowly and started to glitch. In short, if you want to use anything other than Edge and Bing, dont buy this. You cant switch it back into S mode once you switch out either.
