    Great product, has the Google play store. Skip the Fire tablet. Much more satisfied with Samsung.

    I bought it for a gift. It is a great buy. Had to have my service provider help me set up the settings because I had problems connecting to the internet. After I changed the settings for my provider, it worked great. It has phone capabilities, but I just got a sim card for data/internet connection.

    The tablet was supposed to be unlocked...but wasnt, so had to spend time, money, and much aggravation to make it function. Also, we were told to expect delivery between Friday and Tuesday, but it arrived on Thursday, with no warning at all....and with all the porch pirates out there, that was more upsetting than the mistake of not unlocking. The tablet itself (finally) seems to work just fine.

    Choppy video, maybe a higher refresh rate would be in order. Have to power off if its going to sit overnight because touch screen will freeze. Sound quality is great.

    Recibí mi tablet excelente en caja sellada sin golpes. El cobertor queda perfecto y aparte de proteger es bastante útil. Mi sorpresa fue ver que junto al cobertor también venía un lápiz para usarlo en la pantalla táctil. Excelente servicio y buen precio.

    So Ive been looking for tablets for awhile, came across this one and it seemed good for the price. Honestly its a good tablet, but the only issue I have is that it is a little slow to open apps, lock or unlock. Simple and minor but thats the only issue I ha e with this product. And only 4 out of 5 stars is because nothing in this world is perfect
