Disgruntled
Greater than one weekThe tablet was supposed to be unlocked...but wasnt, so had to spend time, money, and much aggravation to make it function. Also, we were told to expect delivery between Friday and Tuesday, but it arrived on Thursday, with no warning at all....and with all the porch pirates out there, that was more upsetting than the mistake of not unlocking. The tablet itself (finally) seems to work just fine.
