2020 Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4” Inch 32 GB Wi-Fi Android 10 Touchscreen International Tablet (Gray) Bundle – Slim Trifold Hard Shell Case and 32GB Micro SD Card

I finally opened this too late to return. The power comes on but the touchscreen does not work at all. I tried to put the memory card in and cannot open it at all. There are absolutely no instructions. I would return it in a minute if I could. What a waste. Plus there doesn’t seem to be any place that I can contact the seller.

This is my 3rd Samsung tablet and I will continue to purchase them for myself and my family. My only complaint is that there is no way to change the battery so when it starts to wear out the entire tablet needs to be replaced. However, by the time the battery starts wearing out I normally need a new (bigger/faster) tablet anyway.

I got this tablet literally to compensate for the fire tablet due to it not having play store. Turns out the server isnt the new 4 point lollipop and so I cant even get the hulu app. Other than an old server its okay.
