Bought this for one of my staff who does only email, Microsoft Office, et al. Has Windows 10 Pro installed, along with Office 365. This little computer hums. Sure the screen is only 12 - but we have it hooked to a 24 monitor. My 79 year-old staffer is a happy camper.

Window are not active you will have to buy windows cant use it without window!!! They will not help you if call either that give you a lot of bs...

It’s everything that I needed. It perfect size and easy to use.

I wish it had more processor capabilities. I got it for checking email and of course now I want to do more browsing and sometimes it is capable and other times not.

I taught it was bigger than wat I ordered

Good little machine however the processor speed is actually 1.1ghz flubbed out when trying to take a exam that required 1.8ghz minimum I dont know what up to2.8ghz means but it failed to handle a1.8 test

Was to small for what I wanted it for, returned and got a bigger one.

Received it quickly. Was very easy to set it up and it could be upgraded to windows 11. A great little laptop is perfect for my use.
