> 3 dayThe computer isnt bad except for the fact everytime it shuts down it resets the clock to the wrong date and time. Im not even able to manually change the time so my time is always wrong on it. Its very frustrating because Ive never had this issue with any other computers.

> 3 dayCharging the battery is frustrating. The manufacturer recommends not to leave the laptop unattended while charging, therefore I dont leave it to charge overnight when everybody is sleeping, thats is why I have to charge it during the day when I need it most. It should take few hours to charge fully but that is not the case. Today it had 12% power left in the battery, I connected it to the charger for four hours while it was shut down and the battery charge came to 68%. It should do much better than this especially it is only a two month old laptop.

> 3 daySpent 2 hours getting this laptop set up. It was slow to load. Next day signed on and tried to get on the internet. Screen went blank. Tried ctrl-alt-delete- nothing. Shut down and restarted. Nothing. Total junk. Will replace with a name brand.

08-06-2025It’s a wonderful computer for the price! Its other features (design and efficiency) more than makes up for no backlight keyboard or no touch screen. I plan to purchase WD and install a blue SN570 500GB SSD (or similar) for upgrade and make it comparable to the much pricier computer! For me, it’s a winner.

> 3 dayThe on/off bottom of the touch pad is located on its upper right corner which becomes very frustrating if you are right handed, you will touch it often inadvertently, shifting to calculator mode while you continue unaware. If you are left handed, it will be out of your way most of the time, but not completely.
