A drop of cynoacrlic glue on the end, stick it to the stone, work the stone, then apply heat to the rod and stone fall off. Use a knife to remove any ca left on the stone and your done. I will buy more it i need them. The assorted sizes are great for different size stones. A different use for a good product.

> 3 dayI bought these to turn various things on my lathe. The diameters are spot on and the rods are nice and straight, which saves me time. Super good price too

> 3 dayThese are great to use with a home built Lichtenberg burning machine. They conduct electricity really well, hold tight in alligator clamps, and they come in a variety of sizes that I can use to vary my burn patterns. All in all very happy with this purchase and if I ever needed more I would buy these again. Perfect length for my needs.

> 3 dayNeeded a new gas gauge shaft for my Model A Ford. I did not know what size shaft I needed. The hobby store (Hobby Lobby) is 40 minutes away, have been there before and they do not have a great selection. Ordered this, found a diameter that worked, cut it to length - back on the road.

Greater than one weekNeeded some brass pins for a woodworking project. Found this kit and went for it, plenty on hand for future projects. Only thing Id change is more of the medium sizes and less of the smaller sizes. The smaller ones are just bit to small for my needs.

> 3 dayThese are nice. They came in a nice plastic case and the sizes are very accurate. They are soft enough to use in a watchmaker lathe and a hand held graver. Theyre hard enough that the chips come off as little brass coffee grounds looking pieces, just like all the watchmaking videos online and photos on books. Once i use these up Ill buy more.
