This is a really pretty and really sturdy BIG umbrella which arrived just in time for a huge rainstorm to hit! I dont know why it took me so long to get away from the flimsy little travel sized umbrellas but Im sure glad I stumbled upon this one. Highly reccomend!!

Large and bright, Just what we wanted on dreary winter days when we get lots of rain. The bright colors make us easy to find in a crowd, and the umbrella is large enough for two adults to share. It opens easily and so far has withstood the wind.

Beautiful, but arrived DAMAGED.

Bought this umbrella for myself; I am a fan of long-handled stick umbrellas, and I like the traditional parasol appearance. With its straight handled grip and 24 ribs, this umbrella is very sturdy and has the traditional parasol look. Each panel is sewn from a different colored nylon. I purchased the non-automatic umbrella, and pushing down on the lock mechanism is a little awkward. Not recommended for someone with arthritis or dexterity issues. The umbrella is large enough to shelter two people, but not so big as to be awkward for one person. It comes with a sheath with a shoulder strap, which is very useful for carrying it. I am always getting compliments on the beauty of my umbrella, too!

I really love the color and size of this umbrella. The full spectrum panels look great with the sun shining through them, and its as wide as you want a hand-held umbrella to be. The durability is a bit of a mixed bag, however. The top half of the umbrella is tough enough to hold up to some very strong winds and heavy rainfall without so much as a flex. You pay for this with a little more weight than is ideal, but its still very easy to carry. The lower half of the umbrella, however, has proven less robust. The wrist strap is barely attached, and I accidentally pulled it off within a week or so. The handle also has a thin coating which first bubbled, and then began to slough off in big flaps. That being said, the material under the coating is still a perfectly fine handle, so this was more of a curious annoyance than anything else. All in all, if youre looking for a great looking rainbow umbrella that will hold up to some punishment, you could do much worse.

Beautiful, big and bright! But it is really heavy for an umbrella that my arm gets tired if I hold if for long time...

arrived broken

I ordered this item twice. The first time, I received the manual umbrella by mistake and the seller was quick to make a return for the difference in cost. Unfortunately, I discovered a small tear in the fabric. I returned the first order, and took a chance and ordered a second. This time I received the fully automatic umbrella. Both are of excellent quality, but the fully automatic umbrella has metal ribbing, while the manual seemed to be plastic. So far, everything works great and the umbrella is beautiful. If any tears appear, Ill update my review.

The design is lovely and colorful on a rainy day. Like another buyer, I had the experience of the umbrella not closing. Was walking down the street with the umbrella open and heard a noise thinking that something had fallen on it. Didnt see anything but when I arrived at my destination, the umbrella would not close. Very frustrating as it was on the higher cost side (for me) for an umbrella and I would have expected it to last years. There has also been little use as we have not received a great deal of rain. Very disappointing.
