it was what i expected.

The luggage held up well on first use, which was international with several connections. I like that the suitcases can be locked, especially since I was having to store my luggage in some places that werent secured. I bought the orange and black thinking that the orange looked more brown in the photos but it is, indeed, orange, which I dont find attractive, but at least its recognizable at baggage claim.

Looks good. But it is NOT as advertised. Only the suitcase was shipped. The clothes organizers were not included as advertised

Work as it should

Searched everywhere to see if it had came with a key, or instructions on how to change the lock combination... Nothing. Other than that it seems decently made. Thankfully most of my traveling is done by car. It would still be nice to change the combination, if I were to ever fly.

Handle missing after one flight. Plastic seems flimsy and like it would break if we were to keep the set

The suitcases are nice (didn’t look at the bags that were included), but the height of the handle when it’s extended is too short for our family, so I had to return. For reference, my husband is 6’9”, so he needs a handle pretty tall to make use of the luggage comfortable to him.

Haven’t used yet as my holiday isn’t until September. But looks like someone had used it, tags were ripped off of it and left loose in the bag.

My wheel on my carryon broke after 3 uses while I was walking to my gate. My large bag came back with a huge crack on it.
