Greater than one weekThe first time using the bag on a business trip one of the side handles ripped off the bag. Shortly after while trying to continue using the same bag, the opposite side handle ripped off. I am extremely displeased with the item and was expecting a higher quality due to the material and cost of the bag.

04-06-2025This bag is amazing in every way. love the look and the care that was taken to build it. Yes, it does smell a little at first, but it is animal skin. (1st world problems, Karens?) I set it out for 4 days in the back on my closet and it went away. You can only smell it now if you put it under your nose. Im going to order another for my son who admired it and just got his 1st real job which involves some business travel.

The thought of my son wearing clothes that would have smelled of this bag made me think of sending it back. I had a 4 days to try and get rid of the smell before I gave it to my son for Christmas. I sprayed the inside with Febreze several time and placed the open bag in front of a strong fan. My entire downstairs reeked. But eventually the smell dissipated. I moved the bag several times a day to let the fan hit every part of the bag and was heavy handed with the Febreze. As he opened the gift I casually mentioned the different smell and he thought it was fine. He used the bag to travel the next day and thought it was great.
