Yard sale bargain for the quality. I had a minor problem with the strap (not worth mentioning) but customer service was on it. Sent me a new strap right away, no question. They were super nice and personable on the phone and even sent me a small gift for my trouble. Ive bought leather bags in Italy the werent this nice and paid 5xs as much. Great value

Absolutely love it, but it’s large! Not the products fault it’s mine for ordering the wrong size. Seems very well manufactured, looks like it will hold up for a long time.

Do NOT buy this bag! After 4 years of use for travel, the bag is oozing a very sticky glue from all of the brass grommets used to secure the leather. The glue transferred onto my husbands clothes from the strap as he was carrying and I cannot get clothes clean. Also, the glue gets on your skin and you have to use a product like Goo Gone to remove. The glue has now transferred/spread all over the bag and in the zippered pockets because that is where he stored the shoulder strap. I tried to clean the grommets and leather that was sticky for at least 2 hours with Goo Gone, WD-40 and Dawn but to no avail. I tried to return/exchange with Amazon but the order is too old as I purchased in 2017. Too bad because I paid $100-ish for the bag.
