iam sending it back. the instruction booklet is written so small that you need a magnifying glass to read it. wasnt helpful at all. couldnt get it to connect to my speaker. just wasnt happy with product

Device had power and came preloaded with a song and a video. But after several attempts of connecting to my PC and confirming my usb ports worked by plugging in other devices, this still wouldn’t work. It’s poorly designed.

Adding to his comments: every album I downloaded was stored as unknow, not even as unknown. There is no artist information. Everything is lumped together. The instructions dont even say how to download, such as, which directory to I put the music into? The answer seemed to be just send it over to the drive root level, (to D: for example). It uses the old USB connection, but advertises the newer one. I also populated my old Danshue mp3 in about a half hour, but this mp3 player was very slow to receive music files so I gave up. It advertises as fast; it isnt. I didnt try the movie feature. Bad instructions. My husband can read the Chinese instructions but they are just so tiny. The screen icons are a bit fuzzy and look like a 1980 computer screen.

This was a big bummer as we purposely bought an mp3 to pair with new Beats for my sons birthday. The Mp3, itself, is great quality and easy to transfer music onto.

I bought this to replace my old Ipod and I have not been disappointed. So far the battery life has been excellent, I use it a few hours a week and it still has over 50% charge on it. Much better than my ipod, even new I dont think it did that well. Time will tell of course. The user interface is easy to understand and use the soft buttons to navigate menus. They are responsive and dont seem too delicate. The sound reproduction is good and the bluetooth range is great as well. I only use it for working out, so I only use the bluetooth and music but even on their own, I would say this is a good product.

There is no delete option in the music menu. The player came with Chinese music preinstalled and you can not delete it. Interface to get around menu is not user friendly. Returned

I was looking for usb-c mp3 player for faster charging and transfer. In the description it was saying it comes with usb-c cable. Its a normal usb-micro

So, first I had to learn that there is no way to select folders. It only sees the embedded information in the mp3 files. So, after setting the album name on 500 singles, I loaded them and a few other albums. I selected the singles and selected shuffle play. I noticed it only plays about ten songs before repeating the selections. ARGH!!! There also is no way to look for a firmware update, so back it went.
