Greater than one weekThis is the best duct tape I have ever used. If there is one thing to mention as a negative, it is that you better have it exactly where you want it. If you do not, you will have to unstick it and redo it to avoid bubbles or creases. It is very sticky. Go slow and take your time. Recommend cutting it versus ripping it.

> 3 dayThis 3M tape lasted 10 hours before it all peeled off and ruined a $400 home project. I suggest you opt for Duck Tape or Gorilla black tape... Both of those worked on the same project perfectly.

07-06-2025I expected a 3M product to be terrific which is why I bought this brand of duct tape. But it didnt stick to the plastic item I needed it to. So although it tears very nicely by hand it doesnt serve the main purpose I bought it for. I consider this purchase a waste of money.

> 3 dayGorilla Tape is stronger than this, but more expensive. When you dont need the extra strength from gorilla tape, and you dont need the extra cost, this standard sort of duct tape is perfectly good.
