> 3 dayWe used this stuff years ago when my daughter had a central line for chemo treatment. I forgot about it until I injured myself and needed to protect a deep puncture wound while it healed. I used non-stick pads and tape for the first week and it tore up my skin. Saw this in the medical supply store and decided to give it a try. It works great! Adhesive stays in place, even in the shower, but release when you need to remove it. Fluid from the wound stays in but will leak if there is too much drainage. They make some with an absorbent pad if you need to contain fluids. A little expensive compared to non-stick pad and tape, but much easier to deal with. I bought a big box on Amazon for same price as a little box in the drug store.

> 3 dayDisappointed. I was looking for a mesh bandage to secure a skin tear. These barely serve that purpose.

> 3 dayGreat price for the number in a package. They work perfectly! Use over transdermal patch and they don’t peel up around edges before time to change patch. Very happy with quantity and quality!

Greater than one weekGet these for your first aid cabinet. In my experience, regular bandaids are not sufficient for protecting anything more than a minor cut. For abrasions, blisters, areas prone to infection, etc., I’ll always use Tegaderm. Same product that we use in the hospital when placing IVs :)
