No issue with walking on the planes using this bag as a personal item. Got my moneys worth with two trips.

Fits a lot! And a breeze to pull thru airport ! And if you do want to put in overhead bin, not too heavy for a 73 year old with a shoulder replacement to lift!

Love this bag! Fits in the personal item box at Spirit Airlines and it holds a lot! No bag fees for me and I was able to bring everything I need with room left over. Only thing I would change is to make it into a spinner bag (4 wheels).

Perfect size and holds my planner, laptop and more.

It’s good for backpack travel

I wanted a rolling personal item and after a lot of research, this seemed like the one! I love the pink color and the size if fantastic. The only thing I dont like, and its almost a deal-breaker, is that the main flap does not stay open if your bag is laying down flat. So I have to put a pillow or something on the open flap so I can pack/unpack, causing a stressed fold in the front of bag and pulls the zippers. Its super frustrating and Im also worried about the longer term effect on the bag and the zippers. The zippers should open enough so they slightly wrap around the bottom of the bag.

I am 4’10 and lightweight so I was looking for a small suitcase that I could lift myself to put in the overhead compartment on the plane or under the seat, and this one fit the bill. First thing I noticed was the inside zipper had no zipper pull, but I attached a keychain to help me pull it. Second problem was a piece of metal that was just sitting atop the lining of the top of the suitcase, which looks to have come unglued. . I assume it was supposed to be part of a support wire under the lining that is surrounding and holding the rest of the materiel in the suitcase. I am returning this as I feel it is inferior product for what it cost. I expect better from a brand such as American Tourister.

Perfect size for carryon. Quality is lacking, stitches and zipper area not the best quality.

If you’re flying on Spirit and you don’t want to pay for your bag, this fits as a personal item (18x14x8). Just make sure you keep the front pocket flat.
