Works great - but i got them for dinning room cabinet and wish they were a tad less brighter and more yellow - you may want to check on Lumens and Kelvin rating if its important for your application. Rating them 4 as i should have checked it before.

Been doing some redesign on a nice solid wood bookcase/hutch we found on clearance at a local furniture store. It came equipped with two touch control can lights in the top, but the bulbs were the 25W mini-flood variety, so the amount of light they put out was a bit too dim for what I had in mind for the cabinet, including replacement of metal grills in the doors with beveled glass, and upper/lower wood shelves with tempered glass. These LED-based mini-floods are the perfect replacement for this type/size of incandescent bulb ... they put out more light, at a fraction of the wattage/heat put out by the incandescents, and Ive found they work with the existing 4-setting touch dimmer (e.g., low, medium, high, off) that came pre-installed in my particular cabinet. I added a pair of LED puck lights to the bottom of the fixed-position R and L middle shelves (equipped with their own switch/dimmer), and now the entire cabinet is well-lit with the same warm white LED light. Couldnt be happier with the result I got from combining these bulbs with the puck lights ... the perfect finish to my cabinet, which now looks like it cost four times what we actually paid for it. Product is nicely made. Profile and temperature are very good for curio cabinet display. Using with a 3 position dimmable switch. The brightest setting flickers with this bulb but not sure its bulbs or cabinet. Not a deal breaker b/c mostly used in low setting anyway

They work., Its a light bulb, not much you can say. Ive had then for a couple of weeks, so the question on longevity is ridiculous.

My mistake. I should have ordered the yellow tint bulbs. These are much too stark for my purpose. Theyre operating room bright.

These LED lights are a great buy! I had tried two previous bulbs with no success. First bulb set was not the right size as it claimed to be. Now the second bulb set came with 3 duds, 1 broken and would get seriously hot in a matter of a few minutes which is obviously a fire hazard. I am very pleased with the prices of these and quality.

Smaller diameter than the incandescent reflectors I replaced but provide more than adequate light. A lot less heat.
