Greater than one weekI like the product, they work great for polishing silver jewelry. There are 7 grits, but only 6 shafts. I sent an email to the seller asking why. This is their reply: “Hello, these shafts can be reused. After removing the polished disk, you can install a new disk.” I took off a star for lack of convenience . I ended up buying an additional shaft at a local store for $2. Add that to the price of this product.

Greater than one weekThese disks are more suited to havy materials as the disks are too thick and stiff to use on fine metals

> 3 dayI was super skeptical once these arrived, as other had mentioned, there was no discernible difference between grit levels w the different colors, and they just look like plastic discs… but decided what do I have to lose, so gave it a try since I’m too cheap to shell out the cash for the 3M ones. I had this little copper washer I had soldered a couple jump rings into, and didn’t pickle it cause I was just playing around when I made it and didn’t have my pickle pot set up. Anyway, so it had a lot of fire scale and such on it and some excess solder. I started w 600 grit cause that’s what I pulled out first… and surprisingly, it actually was doing something! Tho it did far less on the back of the piece, so I decided to test out the 80 grit one… sure enough, it wasted NO time blasting away the solder and fire scale. Totally solves that question- there is DEFINITELY a difference w the different colors, as expected, 600 grit didn’t do much cause it needed a stronger grit. I then worked my way up from the bottom as your actually suppose to and now it’s looking real good and shiny! Definitely still learning about technique and best way to hold it and the dremel so the piece doesn’t fly out of my hand but so far so good, I’m very pleased! Great value, good affordable price, and none of the pieces even look worn at all! Thank you!

> 3 dayI’m a goldsmith but have never ordered these for removing firescale from new heads. I thought, well, they are rubber and how long could they last. I have always used mini bristle brushes for that task. I’m an old dog but glad I ordered these and they are much less expensive than what my jewelry catalog sells them for. So far, I’m really happy.

Greater than one weekthe radial discs seem to work fine, I have only used them once so far! but compared to the price of the 3M discs I would say they are a bargain! I just wish I knew how to contact the seller as one set of discs was missing from my order!

Greater than one weekAnyone who knows the 3M radial brushes are awesome and theyre expensive. Saw this item, said what the hell, how bad can it be, right? Its awesome in both value and quality. Drop it into my flex shaft and off I go. Love the fact there are more options to grits as well and you get a couple of mandrals to go with it as one always gets bent. i recommend trying these little guys.
