> 3 dayI love these for turning out corners when sewing and for pulling elastic through masks. They are just the right size and with the multi pack I can keep one by the iron, one by the sewing machine and pack one for hand work.

> 3 dayIm happy I bought these. I already had two Purple Thangs that I put to use for a variety of tasks every time I sew, but because they are purple Im constantly losing track of them as soon as I set them down. Something about that color makes them camouflaged amongst the sea of my quilting stuff. These Thangs tools are the same quality as the original Purple Thangs. The Colors are vibrant and cheerful and are easier to spot, and now I have enough to keep one handy with each of my sewing machines, plus with my hand sewing stuff. (The purple one Ill be giving away for a Christmas present, since, as mentioned, I already have two that color.)

12-06-2025I use one of them to hold down fabric and vinyl under my sewing needle. Helps to keep needle out of my fingers.

> 3 dayThe Thang tool is so useful! I’ve used it when turning items, to get sharp corners. I’ve used it to thread elastic or cord through a casing. I’ve used it to guide bulky seams through the needle and keep my fingers out of the way. I first got That Purple Tang a number of years ago and had no idea how much I would rely on it! The old one finally broke, so I ordered A five-pack—they now come in more colors!
