There are no pin locator cut into this unit but if screwed in place will cause the locator pins to puncture the base. The cost is 1/2 of Home Depot.

All holes matched. Surface didnt look like it would stick the pads (velcro type) but it did very well.

The replacement fit like a glove. 4 screws to hold it tight fit just right. It holds the sanding disks firm but remains easy to remove them. Thanks!

Installation was fine. It fit. But it does not grip the sandpaper... it just flies right off. Will be returning.

Used it twice and now the sanding pads won’t stick

This is the back of my old hook and loop pad. I needed this flat back. In looked and looked for one just right. On this once, I measured the distance between the holes as directed, so I knew those were spot on. Previously I had ordered a replacement, but it had a lip around the inside on the back, so it wasnt a fit. Glad I found this one! I havent tried it yet on a project, but the sand paper discs stick just fine.

This was easy to install, and makes sander work well again.

If your sander is the old blue it will not line up to fit
