The supposed cutouts that make the designs are in many places either not completely cut out, inconsistently cut out, or are left hanging. The quality is awful.

DO NOT BUY unless you have hours of your life to give up pulling out all of the negative pieces of plastic as delicately as possible so as not to rip them. Absolutely insane how these come not fully weeded. Totally regretting this purchase.

These were great for my Fiesta Theme Party. They hung up nicely and easily. I stored them away because they are good quality and can be used again. Each strand contains 10 panels. I recommend.
