I wasn’t sure what to expect buying these, but this Mexican garland (papel picado) was amazing quality for the price. They are made of a thin plastic material which makes them very durable to outdoor elements. These decorations were outside our home during crazy high winds and storms and the garland never ripped or broke!! The colors are beautiful and designs are festive. It is a great added feature for any festivities. I highly recommend. Great price for the number of garland strings you get and the perfect length.

Everything was in perfect condition, BUT they shorted me. I should have had (10)in total because I ordered 2sets of (5) and only received (6).

These banners worked great for our party, they are very festive and we definitely will reuse them for our next fiesta because they are made of plastic and more durable then tissue paper. We received 5 separate strands and only used 4. They folded up nicely for storage.

I just purchased and received these banners for a large event. I was very disappointed to find that all of the “cut out” pieces were still attached and hanging on by a thread. I have over 700’ of these banners that may be unusable due to this, or will take a lot of time I don’t have, to make them usable and not make a huge mess at the hotel where they will be used. Very disappointed this was not mentioned.
