> 24 hourThere FEP screens are super affordable and work perfectly. If you have a smaller printer, like the Photon Zero, you can cut each sheet in half giving you double the value. Zero issues since installing the first on on my machine.

> 24 hourDO NOT USE WITH MARS UNLESS YOU WANT FAILED PRINTS AND SKIN IN YOUR RESIN!!! I bought these films for my Elegoo Mars. As soon as I started using them I started noticing issues with my prints- they would fail, or delaminate, or there would be cracks or gaps in the print… I also started developing an odd “skin” in my resin during printing and the models eventually stopped sticking to the build plate all together. I checked everything- my Z motor, the drive rod, replaced the screen even. I saw a reddit post where a user was having the exact same issues after using non-Elegoo FEP. I switched my film back to an official Elegoo FEP and instantly ALL of the problems disappeared. Every print has been perfect since and there hasn’t been a fleck of that “skin”. Bottom line- I will NEVER use these again. They obviously leak light quite a bit, resulting in the poor quality and the skin issues.

Step 1Remove screws to detach the steel rings from the resin vat. Tear off the protective film on both sides and take out the FEP film in the middle. |
Step 2Put the new FEP film in-between the two steel rings and install those screws back. You may need to force the screw in. |
Step 3Use a utility knife to cut off the excess release film on the edge and ensure the FEP film is clean and tensioned properly |
