I just used both parts to workout back. These are high quality gym equipment; the same you find in any commercial gym. The barbell base moves different degrees and can be easily set up underneath any heavy square base, or you can attach it to the floor by drilling two holes. You can do barbell rows for your back, landmines for shoulder and chest and legs. Highly recommended!

Not as heavy duty as the one at the gym, but not at that price point either. Time will tell if it holds up well enough to my moderate home use, but works well and installed easily by placing it under a weight tree. The base wasnt wide enough to go under some equipment, so keep this in mind or prepare to bolt it to the floor.

This product was way heavier duty then my prvious one. Really impressed with it.

These are really good product, heavy and well constructed, easy to assemble and install.

When it arrived it was made with some sturdy parts. It was great for the price and it mounted right to my existing bench. Ive used it with the olympic bar, and the smaller 1 bar. Its worked great so far. The one negative things is the swivel seems to be the part that might fail.

The V-Bar is top notch quality. The landmine is pretty decent quality. What I like most about the landmine is that you can pretty much connect it to anything with some weight to it. I attached it to the bottom rail of my universal machine and it works perfect. Has standard 1 and olympic 2 bar options. Cant beat the price either

Just what I wanted and needed. The metal is really heavy and the movement is smooth. The handle is heavy duty as well! Can also be used on your cable machine, so great bonus there! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great addition to your gym.

Great tool for the price, can’t go wrong. It didn’t fit my rack as my rack was thicker than what it can support to latch/lock onto.

No issues so far. Most weight ive used was 225 and it did what it was supposed to do.

Just received it and is messing the screws to hold it on the floor or edge of the wall
