I attached it to the bottom rail of my universal machine and it works perfect. Has standard 1 and olympic 2 bar options. Cant beat the price either

> 3 dayI just used both parts to workout back. These are high quality gym equipment; the same you find in any commercial gym. The barbell base moves different degrees and can be easily set up underneath any heavy square base, or you can attach it to the floor by drilling two holes. You can do barbell rows for your back, landmines for shoulder and chest and legs. Highly recommended!

> 3 dayYou can bolt the Tbar Row with 2 bolt in the wall and 3 bolts in the floor. My Wall seem not sturdy enough so decided to use 5 bolts in the floor. Very recommended product for T bar Row
