Definitely have to use high heat with a heat gun to get this stuff hot enough to be flexible (because of how thick it is). The adhesion of it sticking to itself could be better, but if youre working on some bulkier heavy duty things, this stuff is great.

The product is good, it cuts ok on my laser however some of the sheets came with signs of scratches on the shiny side which is the one I use for my props. I will give you probably the 5 stars howerver I loost almost 2 sheets due to the scratches on the side I use. Low QC, they should check every sheet before they ship them.

These are great for molding around things. Im pretty impressed with the quality of the plastic. They bend pretty far without breaking.

I have a laser cutter and do a lot of projects with acrylic and ABS. These ABS sheets from HYHOSHI are of great quality and are a really good value. Here’s what I like and don’t like about these ABS sheets: **************************************************** LIKES *Accuracy/Tolerance- these are high-quality sheets. I measured each of them with a set of calipers and they are a consistent .06 inch (1.76 mm) across each sheet. It’s nice to see sheets manufactured to such tight tolerances. *Thickness- the sheets are a consistent thickness with a bit of texture on one side. The .06 thickness is perfect for laser cutting without getting too much warping/melting on the edges. *Size- the 12x16 size is the perfect size to fit comfortably on my laser bed while still giving me a lot of area to fit multiple projects on each one. *Thermal Behavior- these sheets are thin enough to allow them to cut easily with a laser (make sure you have adequate ventilation) or you can heat them up with a heat gun and reform them over a mold. There’s a lot you can do with these. *Value- At $19 for 6 pcs (at the time of this review), this is a fantastic deal for ABS sheets of this quality in my opinion. That’s a little over $3 per sheet and I can get multiple projects out of each 12x16 sheet. I think that’s a great deal. **************************************************** DISLIKES *None! **************************************************** Overall I’m very pleased with these ABS sheets and would definitely recommend them.

I purchased this to build some brackets and finishing pieces for my 89 VW Adventurewagon camper. When I ordered it I was a bit concerned about its thickness and strength. At 0.06” I thought it might be too weak for the projects I had in mind. That proved to be a non-issue. After torturing a test piece I’m more than happy with its strength. The sheets themselves are nicely finished with a satin, leather-like, textured surface on one side and a glossy side on the other. One review mentioned that the glossy side was scratched and unsuitable for the display side. I didn’t find that to be the case. While it wasn’t quite as uniformly finished as the textured side, I wouldn’t hesitate to use it with that face out. It cuts nicely, I used my bandsaw, and works easily with a heat gun. Boiling water also works well. I’d recommend playing with a practice piece or two to get the hang of it before leaping into a major project. I’ll be purchasing more when this runs out. It’s very handy.

I know that all of the dimensions are posted, but these really are massive. Solid price and absolutely no complaints! Because they are so thick, you may need more heat than normal, but that is to be expected of any material.

Its what is expected as per the description. Used it to make covers for speaker holes in a motorcycle tour pack.

Pros: These abs sheets are fairly strong but still lightweight. They are great for craft making and diy projects. They are moldable with the heat from a hot air gun. Once they cool they retain their shape very well. The easiest way I have found to cut them is with a straight edge and hobby or utility knife. I have used this abs in the past to make aux switch covers for trucks and atvs. It works well for this purpose since it can easily be molded and drilled. Overall: For the price these moldable abs sheets are really nice. I recommend them.

It’s definitely NOT Warbla however it does the job. It takes a little bit longer to heat up than the other brands I’ve used and make SURE it’s heated all the way through before bending and shaping. My first 3 sheets kept breaking and cracking because of it being hot on the smooth side and cooler on the rough side. I also think it might have been improperly stored or exposed to heat prior to shipping to me making it weaker or something. I don’t think I will be getting this brand again though

Used these ABS sheets to make new side panels for my DR 650, $20 plus some ABS adhesive, a heat gun and some rivets and it looks better than the original $200 side panels. Very satisfied. These panels formed very easily with a heat gun.
