This kit replaced every part needed to maintain my Shark.

I ordered this because Shark parts were too expensive and out of stock. I did however order a round filter from Shark and was surprised to find that they sent the same 2 tall filter included in this kit. Why they dont have the original filter I dont know but I ordered the one for my unit and it was the small one. Everything else fit fine and does the job. Some people have said the roller was causing errors but I havent had that problem. It does however collect more stuff around the roller. Not a big deal though.

Shark official site had replacement parts on back order. These will suffice until I can get the “real” replacements.

Good to have spares

For $20.00, it was a good value, mostly. The order included the Base Post-Motor Filter (black filter), Base Pre-Motor Filter (foam and felt filter), Cleaning Brushroll, two Pre-Motor Filters (blue filters), 6 Side Brushes, a cleaning tool and a small screw driver. First off, we didnt receive the 6 Side Brushes that was indicated in the order, we only received 5. The small screw driver didnt fit the screws I needed to remove to replace the side brushes, so that was useless. I ended up using a little screw driver that I use for my computer. The first run, both of the newly replaced side brushes broke off. I replaced both side brushes and let the Robot run the next day. After about 30 minutes of it running, another one of the side brushes broke off. So frustrating! Now I know why they include 6 side brushes (but in my case, I only received 5) with the order. They keep breaking!!! I would suggest buying directly from Sharkclean.com. The prices are comparable and they are genuine Shark parts. Lesson learned.

Everything that fits is great. But the replacement brush roll is just off enough that the cover absolutely will not close. I tried to show the full differences but I don’t know how well it showed. The yellow is the replacement from this set. The grey/black is the manufacturer. This set is supposed to be compatible with my machine, and clearly it’s not. It’s not too terribly much more to get these from Shark directly. I will do that next time.

I received this quickly but the little foam filter is short and just barley covers the holes in my vac. There are some filters that are not in the RV1001 in this box so not sure why they put them in. i guess it must be for one of the other models it covers. overall it is not a bad product just a little off on that one filter.

Everything fit like it should and is performing well, however the only problem is the new roller that fits with no problem. Makes this weird noise while its cleaning. I have put the old one back in and the sound is gone. No problems to speak of.

Some parts fit ok, others did not. The roller does not fit properly and the air filter for the base is not the correct size. The robot air filters fit good. I have not tried the rotating sweeper brushes yet.

When the vacuum seems to lose its luster and suction, this kit rejuvenates it for sure. Make sure that you replace both filters on the base too, theyre hidden.
