> 24 hourI installed this 1tb PCIe Gen 4 NVMe in an external case and connected it via USB 4 to my MacBook Pro 16 M1Max. I then formatted it as a case sensitive encrypted APFS drive using disk utility. It shows that I have 1.02 TB of space available. This is pretty good considering the overheads of encryption.

> 24 hourI used the 1 tb model. I have never been so happy with a product for a ps5! I love it!

> 24 hourI bought this at the time since it was the cheapest way to add an SSD to my PS5. It works well in that respect. I will spare you the nerd specs but objectively, it runs as fast as the internal SSD. I figure that would be your only concern if youre looking for memory on the cheap. I think the price went down even more since I bought it so I would say its a good deal if youre concerned with $$$. If mine craps out in the next year I guess I may come back and change this to say its a turd.

> 24 hourI mounted the solid state drive into a docking station that I will use with my Dell laptop computer. This memory, which is 1 TB in size, is the ideal size to transfer and save your work files as a backup copy. I mounted the solid-state drive into the bottom of the docking station where it has an access cover. After inserting the drive I installed a small mounting screw to hold it down. I then put a strip of thermal tape over the top of it to help transfer the heat from the solid-state drive to the aluminum docking station.

> 24 hourI am hesitant to use this as a main OS drive, but as a data drive in a computer or in a PS5 this is awesome. Ive just been bitten too many times with drives dying suddenly to trust a non-mainstream brand. That said though, this has been running great for about 4 months now. Speeds are good, though I havent benchmarked it. Noticeably faster than my other SATA SSDs and perfect for installing games on. This is a great value drive that has been solid so far.

> 24 hourA pretty basic PCI-E gen 4 drive that hits the advertised speeds, even if it is from a brand Ive never heard of before. My one complaint is that the heatsink is really crude, it looks like a solid strip of aluminum that was roughly machined away. Id prefer if they saved some money and weight and didnt ship it with that at all, but since this is intended for the PS5 (though I installed it on the PC), I guess it makes sense that one is included.

> 24 hourThe heatsink that comes with this SSD feels a bit cheap, but it does seem to work perfectly without any problems at all. Ill be sure to update this review if anything goes wrong, but so far everythings looking and working perfectly :)

> 24 hourworks great for ps5 extra storage….speeds are advertised at 5000 ps5 read at 5048

> 24 hourWhen you look at the specs of 5000 MB/s read and 4500 MB/s write with SLC cache, it does make you start comparing similar speed SSDs. Real-world usage the SLC cache will get you that level of speeds for a short amount of time and you rarely know what to expect. As far as benchmarks I got a peak of 5125 MB/s read and 4610 MB/s write so this SSD performed above the marketed peak speeds. For real-world usage it averaged 4894 MB/s read and 4480 MB/s write which is very impressive.
