27-11-2024I was really struggling with this mini PC at first because I didnt bother creating a user account and was just operating in the default Admin account. There were almost no default programs installed, including a lack of basics like the Microsoft Store, Notepad, Paint, and Calculator. We updated, restarted, tried to download apps... it took creating a local user account to get these basic Microsoft staples to be accessible.

> 3 dayGreat Deal for such a little beast! Its handled all the most popular games extremely well, very smooth for what it is! Super quiet and discreet! Handles most STEAM Games extremely well! Very very satisfied with this purchase! Its even upgradeable. One small thing thats been bugging me, sometimes if I angle my aux cord tip near in towards the input jack, the pc shuts off. I don’t know if its just my model that is faulty but great pc otherwise

> 3 dayThis little thing - and it is super tiny - is super fast. I wasnt expecting much power from the specs, but its quite speedy. Theres a knob to adjust the power consumption which in turn controls the speed. Ive kept it on the fastest setting just because the fan is quiet, but if you were in a really quiet room and just browsing the internet, you could easily turn the knob to the lower setting for a silent experience.

> 3 dayThe Ace Magician is a great mini PC that comes with 12GB of ram, 256GB of storage and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. What more can you ask for at that price point? Setup was simple. Just connected a keyboard, connected a monitor, power and it booted up quickly.

> 3 dayThis is a great and powerful mini PC! First off, the unit itself feels nicely made and doesnt feel cheap. I really like the design and the size is perfect. It has multiple USB ports and has support for dual HDMI displays.

> 3 dayI got one of these to run my media server at home. It outperforms about 4x what I used to have at roughly the same power consumption. I didnt want to run anything that was too power hungry so that I could keep my bills down. The PC runs pretty well, no complaints so far. The RAM and M.2 slot are easily accessible if you remove the cover. The packaging and documentation arent the best, but its easy to figure out if youre any good with computers.

> 3 dayI bought this machine specifically because of the dual-NIC setup and relatively low power CPU and not for gaming. I got the one with the corner power switch because one of the NICs is Intel. There is another machine from the same brand with a dual gigabit NIC with the power button on the side panel, but both are apparently Realtek. This machine has one Realtek and one Intel NIC as advertised.

> 3 dayI needed a PC to run a program for a router I bought. Of course they open-source program is only made for PC, so I thought this was perfect to supplement the design software that I use on the Mac. I have it set up on the work table I use with the router and it hooked up and runs the bloated software well, along with is running seamlessly on my network. No issues, besides all the quirks that go along with Windows. The processor was rather impressive, which did surprise me. The programs I have on it eat it up and it only hiccups every now and again if overload it with a large cut. Most likely the software bogging it down and it would do this on most computers.

> 3 dayI primarily purchased this mini PC to replace my aging Raspberry Pi 3 which has faithfully been serving as my retro gaming console and media server in the living room. I had issues with games from the late 90s emulating well and streaming games from my much more capable PC on the other side of the house. Finding an RPi4 that is anywhere close to MSRP is impossible at this time, so for twice as much, I thought I would get a full-fledged Windows PC with a proper CPU. I am very happy with my purchase! This tiny PC serves my needs for retro gaming and HTPC with the bonus of being able to run some of the games the RPi3 couldnt handle natively without the need to stream from my other PC.
