I was really struggling with this mini PC at first because I didnt bother creating a user account and was just operating in the default Admin account. There were almost no default programs installed, including a lack of basics like the Microsoft Store, Notepad, Paint, and Calculator. We updated, restarted, tried to download apps... it took creating a local user account to get these basic Microsoft staples to be accessible.

I primarily purchased this mini PC to replace my aging Raspberry Pi 3 which has faithfully been serving as my retro gaming console and media server in the living room. I had issues with games from the late 90s emulating well and streaming games from my much more capable PC on the other side of the house. Finding an RPi4 that is anywhere close to MSRP is impossible at this time, so for twice as much, I thought I would get a full-fledged Windows PC with a proper CPU. I am very happy with my purchase! This tiny PC serves my needs for retro gaming and HTPC with the bonus of being able to run some of the games the RPi3 couldnt handle natively without the need to stream from my other PC.

Beat my expectations being a mini computer. Easy to set up, really fast boot time. Easy navigation. Expandable memory& ram slots. Able to do every day tasks without lag or issues. Definitely a great value.

I happen to have that extra drive and figured I would try it with this little PC. Extra storage space already! Now, this isnt as fast as my HP laptop, but I have been obsessed with always having a backup computer as Ive been confronted with the blue screen of death more than once in my life. Not a good thing! My backup before now was a decent tablet that could do many things...but not all, obviously. Now, I do have a 13 screen that I attached to this bitty PC and of course, attached a small keyboard and mouse. It is Windows so that gets me away from trying to work through an Android tablet if my laptop goes down. The nice thing is how small and easily stowed this PC is. I mean, yeah, a laptop is easy to store - its slim and easy to carry - but for what this PC is, Im impressed with it!

Great mini-pc that worked flawlessly out of the box. Fast boot time and no bloatware. I have been using it daily for the last week with no issues. I spent a lot of time looking at mini PCs from various companies and I definitely feel like I made the right choice with this one.

This is being sold as a gaming PC. So if youre in this lane, then youre probably used to having to tearing down, rebuilding, replacing & troubleshooting your own equipment. Basically leaving you to your own devices & creativity when searching for answers. Being that this is an off brand, you are definitely on your own when it comes to support. So if having your hand held is a requirement, then I cant suggest getting into this system. Especial at over $500. However, if youre a tech or hobbyist that doesnt mind getting your hands dirty, then there is plenty of power here to do a lot of things. Just be prepared to go it alone.

Nice small PC, all needed features and connections. Will work great for TV setup.

This is a good price point for a computer with a 5600U processor, but what really sold me on the unit is the connectivity.

I bought this for my daughter to do some gaming. There was an issue at setup but was quickly fixed after a fast response from their tech support. Everything is as described and working great. Will definitely be buying another in the future.
