Buen panel de pantalla 1080p brillo bueno, sobre todo el procesador para el precio una locura buenisimo graficos buenos para jugar tambien no lo mejor pero se juega en bajo o medio teclado iluminado la duracion de la bateria es de 5 horas la memoria ram corta pero se puede expandir en general todo perfecto color cromado de aluminio unas partes excellente tenia un i5 de tercera gen y este cambio a ryzen es bárbaro

I wish I could leave a good review as this is a really nice laptop for the price. The screen is clear and plenty bright. Its super fast to boot in to windows and load programs due to the m.2 ssd. But when I went to install a 2.5 inch ssd I ordered with the laptop I found that the connector the sata cable plugs in to on the motherboard is completely missing. You can see in the pic under the wifi card the contacts where the connector was supposed to be soldered. I tried to explain the issue to Acers tech support but they didnt understand the issue, only offering to send me the bracket that holds the ssd. This is quite a bummer because the whole reason I got this particular laptop is because the ram and storage were upgradable. Now Im stuck with 120gb of storage unless I want to switch to a larger m.2 and then have to re install windows and all of my programs.

When I read the specs for adding additional RAM, many sites, including the RAM manufacturer said this laptop has 2 banks and could hold 32G of RAM. That is not the case with this particular processor. It has only 1 bank to hold additional RAM. 4G is soldered on the board, so the maximum RAM you would have is 20G if you bought a 16G stick.

I owned and enjoyed my previous Acer Aspire for the past 10 years and decided it was time for me to buy a new one. I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY NEW Acer Aspire 5 A515-45-R1YC Slim Laptop | 15.6 Full HD IPS | AMD Ryzen 5 5500U Hexa-Core. Its fast and easy to work with, even for an 83-year-old woman.

As a student on a tight budget, this laptop did more than enough in providing me with my basic needs, all at an extremely affordable price. The screen quality and chassis is great for the price point and the device did a good job for some light gaming. The weight of the laptop is decently light and it shouldnt be a problem for travel. Battery life also deserves a mention as it lasts for hours just like Acer has promised. Overall, this laptop does the job and is worth picking up if you dont want to spend over 1000$ on other alternatives

I bought this because the program I wanted couldnt be installed on my old computer so the moment I received my new computer, it just did it on its own. I didnt have to do much more. I like my new computer.

I was hoping to use the ram and hard drive from my laptop that just died, I was able to install a stick of ram giving me a total of 20 gigs. I was pleased to see that a hard drive caddy was included in the box, along with hardware and wire for installing a hard drive, but once I had everything in place, where the hard drive is plugged into the motherboard, theres no plug, just solder marks where it should be. The 4300 model doesnt have this aparently, but the higher end ones do. I am upset because the page says that a second hard drive can be attached, this is a problem with amazon listing 3 similar products on the same page and just trusting the seller, but Im also upset with Acer, why in the world is all this extra hardware included in the box if I cant use it?! Im past the return date, and to be honest there isnt another pc in this price range that performs as well, so Ill drag an external drive with me. Over all I am pleased with the pc, screen is kinda dim, when on battery its even dimmer even when pumped to max brightness. Plays a lot of games pretty well, older games she handles like a champ, modern games turned down to medium or low yields playable 30-40 fps. I just wish I could install my hard-drive internally.

this was a great laptop to game on it runs games like valorant and grand theft auto very well, and is very good for listening to music and just doing work on it
