Do not waste your money. The machine itself is good. Good colors, slim poratable feel, well made.

So far Im not having any luck with these Ryzen mobile processors.

I bought this because the program I wanted couldnt be installed on my old computer so the moment I received my new computer, it just did it on its own. I didnt have to do much more. I like my new computer.

Used this as a public computer in our clubhouse. Was limited to $500 on purchase so had to kick in a little on my own. Already had one bought earlier this year that has worked quite well for us.

I bought this laptop 2 months ago for office work and I am very satisfied with the performance. It came with 4 gb ram and I have not upgraded it. It works well the that ram for what I have used it for, battery last a long time so far very happy with it, recommended 100%.

Its a good size, but still light. Nice metal feel to the surface. Fast enough for what I need.

This is a fantastic computer for the price. A few things to note however. This computer comes with a spot for another hard drive and the hardware for it but there is no clip to connect. I felt this was very strange but after talking with tech support provided by Amazon and Acer they informed me that they cannot help with any upgrades. If it is supplied by the company I feel like it is a feature and not so much an external upgrade that they were so against. The location for the clip was there but no clip itself.

I use this mainly for my church meetings, but will also use it for manuscript writing

I needed to replace my 5 year old laptop that eventually died on me and it took quite a while to find a replacement I would be comfortable with. This laptop met all my needs because of its decent size (but low weight), processing power (thats great for 90% of all needs beyond high-end gaming or CS projects), and still being a good price.
