> 24 hourReceived product and the plug didnt fit into connector pin....Acer sent a different cord and that didnt fit either. The pin is misaligned; thus, it never turned on. Im sending it back for a refund - if this flaw got thru the QC process, what other anomaly is in the unit?.....really wanted to use this for recording, too.......

> 24 hournot as good as my last acer, no way this charger cord fits this connection, does not stay connected, usually find a dead laptop before you notice the cord slipped out again. and why would acer change this cord from last model I had, so I cant use it, what a waste.

> 24 hourSo many problems with WiFi. Some of my software requires WiFi to confirm valid license each time I run software. Went thru disabling antivirus that came preloaded. Many hours trying to resolve on my own and with tech support. The touch fingerprint nice when it actually works which is about 1/3 of the time (I am only one using computer). Too bad the WiFi connection issue is a deal breaker because nice, lightweight, and seems to have great potential....but potential isn’t enough for a work laptop! It’s been 3 months and wished I had returned it within 30 day window.

> 24 hourNice entry level computer that does what I need it to do at home. I like the back lit keyboard. It processes graphics quite well, but Im not sure about its gaming capacity since I use it for mostly productivity items. A decent workhorse for the price.
