The light weight and screen are probably its best features, but it just overheated.

I have had it for 3 months and already had to take it to computer repair he said its cheap cheap send it back. It locked me out of my online banking nobody could figure it out. I say save a few more bucks up and get a good computer.

System froze. Did a hard restart and it got stuck in a neverending loop of loading screen with a message please wait while system updates and shutting off. Couldnt remove any updates. Couldnt reset to factory settings. Acer couldnt fix it. Microsoft couldnt fix it. Had to return.

I like it a lot . the battery life however could be better . I bought this computer to start my work from home stuff and it meets the requirements. Very Very slim and light weight. Love the lit keyboard.

bought first acer july 2018, very good laptop, this new one that came out in may 2019, is faster, sleek, lighted keyboard

I am very glad to have this laptop. The quality is just awesome. The screen and graphics are super good as well as the design and the metal case are great. The loading split-second, fast. The very nice keyboard layout.

The charge port is soddered to the mother board. The charger port is broken form regular wear and tear on the laptop and cannot be replaced. The entire mother board has to be replace, meaning a new computer.

Purchased this based on my son’s recommendation. Should have purchased it a long time ago to replace my dog of a desktop. Great value for the money.
