What impressed me the most Acer was one of the few to use an i7-1195G7 in a laptop within this price range and it remains cool & quiet. For work laptops I always avoided i7s due to the extra heat/fan noise, this is one area Acer pulled off with their very good cooling engineering. This is a nice balanced laptop which will fit the needs of a student & office work. The included travel sleeve provides basic protection.

First of all, this PC might be OK for kids or students who just do homework and surf on the webs, but not for heavy tasks require faster processor or memory speed or anything more than 2GHZ ish. Just few things; there are many people complained about R/E keys are misplaced, well, please read PC description, they are placed in backward on purpose. Second, this PCs fan makes loud noise than you probably expected. I had to reduced max processor to 70%, otherwise it will drive you crazy. Third, its actual processor speed is only 2.9GHZ and memory speed is 2.6, so make sure if this is suitable for your tasks. Its description says 5 GHz that doesnt mean its 5GHZ process speed. And last, as other viewers mentioned, its speaker is very low and PC is quite heavy. I ended up return it, I decided to pay more for a faster PC instead.

I had to buy a laptop with little time to research. We got a new hire at work starting in a couple of days, so I jumped on Amazon to find a good-spec laptop and stumbled on this one. It had all the hardware I ever need so I bought it.

Ssd 450 MB/s, seems need to be xmp enabled in bios to gain full memory speed, not heating, fingerprint works fast, battery life 5 hours for light load.

So far this had been exactly what it said it would be .

After about 10 hours of use, the bottom half of the screen became pink, pixelated, and frozen. Upon multiple restarts, the entire screen continued to flicker strongly. The laptop was delivered safely, seemed to operate fine, and spent the large majority of its time just sitting on a desk until it failed.

SO this has an IPS monitor which gives you higher definition and clarity than an LED monitor. But also it uses more energy and these types of monitors are known for heating up and overheating which can cause premature failure. To further add to this issue, some genius put its heat fan pointed RIGHT at the front of the monitor. Ive never seen this in a laptop and dont understand why they couldnt vent it out the side or even reposition the monitor slightly so they could vent the heat out the back. Im really hoping that the heat blowing onto the monitor thats already known for heat issues isnt gonna be an issue. Within a few short minutes of regular browsing, its fan is blowing non-stop and the bottom part of the actual computer screen is getting hot because of the exhaust fan.

Llego todo perfecto, la computadora anda genial pero la batería a mi parecer dura bastante poco.
