Absolute junk. Got this brand new. Took it out of the box, got it set up, walked away for 20 minutes and when I came back the screen was black and wouldnt show a display at all. Tried closing/reopening, turning it off/on again, even looked up troubleshooting tips on Google. NOTHING WORKED. Got about 35 minutes of use out of it. Absolute crap product by Acer. DO NOT BUY!

Bought this for my daughter who is in middle school. It’s fast, keyboard is comfortable to use, nice screen, size, has everything she needs. A very nice laptop and I’d say quality exceeds its cost. Highly recommend.

I bought the chrome book new. They sent me a used one. (There was another user set up on it already). The camera didnt work, which is needed for zoom class.

Still pleasantly shocked by the real value and great quality of this excellent Acer Chromebook. The build - including the beautiful, bright HD screen - gets so close to Macbook Pro feel, it must be experienced to be appreciated. The keyboard provides good performance with springy, solid keys and the touchpad excels as a solid performer. The speakers pump out loud, crisp audio and the Quad Core CPU with 4 GBs of Ram will breeze through most any demanding work day. Acer even throws in a wireless mouse and really nice case. Highly recommended.

It broke after 2 months. Just shuts off, wont even let us type to log in, just freaks out. Barely used. It stinks bc they only give you a month to return it.

This computers bluetooth would suddenly stop. This made the wireless mouse unusable so I bought a wired one, The USB to which I connected the new mouse would sporadically stop sending power. This made that mouse unusable. I contacted Acer about this and they eventually referred me to a repair shop. Because this was problematic during the pandemic shutdown, I had to do the best I could. Eventually I had to buy a new computer. All in all, a very poor experience.

I was really excited about this product. It is for my childs virtual school. They start school in the morning and by lunch it is dead... less than 4 hours later.. One of the things I looked at when deciding was battery life and this said up to 12 hours... I cant even get 4... disappointed.

I love how sleek this chromebook is and that it comes with a case and mouse which were a surprise to me. The fact that it has an internal memory is fantastic as well. Very happy with the quality. I feel like I got more for less money. Awesome!
