Greater than one weekWhile this laptop is marketed to visual artists, its far more suited for the interactive artist. Pen input is 100% not ideal for digital artists, though wavy lines can be mitigated with a Wacom Bamboo Ink Plus pen and the blue nib, its still a strange option for Acer to put in an AES 1.0 panel in an otherwise perfect configuration.

> 3 dayI have not had an issue with this product the white in color make me concerned about stains. But appreciate the porcelain based paint you can tell it keeps the system cool.

Greater than one weekEasy to use out of the box. Easy to transport. Hardware seems really durable. Love the white color and backlit keys. Tilt screen is awesome! It would be great if it had a secondary interior screen so that when youre using it in presenter mode (i.e., when the screen is flipped completely outward) the presenter could still see whats being displayed. Wish it came with more software (Adobe, Microsoft). Shipping was very fast!

> 3 dayGreat laptop overall. The ezel hinge is absolutely wonderful. I wish it was 4K like the ezel 7, but at 14 screen size, full HD is more than sufficient. The only complaint I have is the in-built pen, and more accurately the pen technology being AES. Because of this technology, the pen isnt what it should be on a laptop aimed at artists, architects, and the like. It jitters if drawn slow, or even relatively moderate speed, but of course, it straightens out the faster you draw across the screen. As for the hand holding experience of the pen, since it is so tiny and slim, it can be uncomfortable if used for extended periods. Buying another pen such as the Lenovo Active Pen 2, Bamboo Ink II, or even the surface pen will give a more comfortable hand holding experience. However, this wont mitigate the line jitter, since thats an issue that cant be solved by the pen alone. Still, overall great laptop, but, if you are absolutely serious about artwork at a professional level and need those straight lines at all levels, get the concept 7 over the concept 3. However, for anyone else, artists whose arent doing it professionally, or even students, the conceptD 3 is excellent.

> 3 dayThe screen and pen work perfectly out of the box if you are doing digital art. I always use headphones but if you want to use the speakers then sry, they are absolute garbage. The screen is plenty bright and the color accuracy is nice.

> 3 dayI love this laptop. It is more powerfulI than bigger, more expensive ones, is small enough to take anywhere, and its collapsible screen make it incredibly versatile.

> 3 dayMy unit had the same issue that a couple other reviewers had- about 50% of the time the computer cannot detect the NVIDIA GPU and I frequently get BSoD with errors like video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error and driver_power_state_failure. I spent a couple days trouble shooting, I wiped and reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers multiple times and even factory reset the computer, reinstalled windows and everything. I get the blue screen multiple times a day with regular use (particularly when using photoshop as it often cannot use the dedicated graphics).
